Upon my arrival at the car mall, the stuff was very nice to attend to me in a short time despite the busy hour.
Once registration was done, the stuff shows me the car; I was totally shock by the dents and scratches of the car(s). The condition was horrible!
I make a call to Amanda to mention about the car condition and requested to make changes. (Knowing from the stuff, Amanda was working home-base, hence, she will not be able to know how the car condition on the car mall.) She was unable to make any arrangement for another car (I’m able to understand her difficulty as it was a weekend), and from her respond, she was rather pissed and insist to refund my money rather than making peace for what happening.
My plan for this weekend have been spoiled because of this issue, meetings have to cancel, dinner have to rearrange etc..
My advice is to ask her to check the car condition (get Amanda to call the stuff at car mall).
Don’t be too happy if the car looks brand new, they may just came back from workshop after all the accident(s). It not accident-free, you make put your love one in danger.
